The setup fee covers the complete 6-week onboarding: Cloudbeds configuration, channel manager connections, custom website design and development, booking engine integration, analytics setup (GA4 + GTM), LINE OA and WhatsApp Business configuration, and all initial training for your staff. It is a one-time fee paid at the start of your engagement.
Basecamp has a 6-month minimum contract; Summit and Pinnacle have a 12-month minimum. After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your website, Cloudbeds account, and all data remain yours. We help with the transition to ensure zero disruption to your operations.
No. Your monthly fee covers everything listed in your plan. The only additional costs are third-party software subscriptions (like Cloudbeds itself) and any paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) which you pay directly to the platforms. We do not take a cut of your ad spend or charge percentage-based fees.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We will apply a prorated setup fee for the additional features being added. For example, upgrading from Basecamp to Summit means paying the difference in setup fees and your new monthly rate starts from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are handled at the end of your current contract term.
Yes, Cloudbeds is a separate subscription that you pay directly to Cloudbeds. As a Cloudbeds Preferred Partner, we help you get the best pricing and handle the entire setup and configuration. Your Revstay plan covers the ongoing management, optimization, and support of your Cloudbeds system.
Absolutely. Many hotels have Cloudbeds but are only using a fraction of its capabilities. We audit your current setup, optimize your configuration, connect additional channels, and layer on the rest of the Revstay system (website, AI chatbot, analytics, revenue management). Your setup fee may be reduced depending on how much is already in place.
